Bring all user- and contributor-facing docs in line with the current feature
set (standalone + thin-node cluster) and regenerate the UI screenshots from a
local cluster harness (dark theme).

  • README: full rewrite — correct thin-node cluster model (keypair trust-on-
    first-use approval, adaptive signed check-in, event spool, manifest
    reconcile, download relay), complete BT_* env reference, engine/label
    tables, and new screenshots
  • SECURITY: add cluster security section (node identity, join secret, relay)
  • TROUBLESHOOTING: add authentication + cluster/node sections; redis, mongodb
    and volume engines; modernize to docker compose
  • DEVELOPMENT: cluster development workflow + harness; fold in app/TESTING.md
  • API_DOCUMENTATION: MariaDB/Redis/MongoDB/Volume strategies + cluster classes
  • CHANGELOG: add [0.5.0] thin-node entry; fix version/date ordering
  • CLAUDE.md: new accurate repo-root file (retire stale .notes/CLAUDE.md)
  • retire TODO.md; fix image references to ruby-code.com/james/baktainer
  • screenshots: 9 new dark-theme captures; remove stale January images
